We are proud to announce the opening of one of the most extraordinary and affordable beachfront communities on the Sea of Cortez. Its Spanish name is Bahia Concepcion which means "Breeding Bay" as it is the breeding grounds for thousands of species of marine life. The bay stretches thirty miles long by five miles wide and is dotted with emerald coves and uninhabited small islands (some with secluded beaches). It offers many activities such as sport fishing, kayaking, diving, snorkeling and hiking. Daily there is seasonal whale, porpoise and sea bird watching from your homesite. We offer community gardens, planned boat ramps, breakwaters, sandy beaches with shade palapas and community picnic areas with barbeques and fire pits, hiking trails, 24 hr. security, satellite/internet access and garbage pick-up to our off-site sanitary landfill. Each lot is surveyed, registered and boundary marked.
Beachfront or panoramic homesites are currently priced from $60,000 to $150,000 USD and sized from 550 to 2,000 square meters. Most homesites are adjacent to verdant arroyos that add spaciousness and privacy. Sewer engineering and water hook-up are included in the purchase price. We offer clear, insurable titles and 100% ownership of each lot. We have sold 33 of the available homesites in our first 3 years since we started the project.
